Do I need to send back the wrong size?
No. For size exchanges we don't require you to return the original item. Just tell us the right size and we ship it.
What if I want a refund instead?

How long does the exchange take?
We process exchanges within 1 business day. Delivery takes 3–5 days depending on your location.
Can I exchange a pack for individual items?
Packs can be exchanged for the same pack in a different size. For other changes, contact us and we'll find a solution.
